The ROTODISK SW from Moog GAT is a radial, single-channel rotary union in an extremely compact cartridge design, which enables very easy installation even in the smallest installation spaces.
The hydrostatically balanced sealing elements made of resistant, low-friction materials guarantee an above-average service life even at pressures of 70 bar (1,015 psi) and simultaneous speeds of up to 10,000 rpm. ROTODISK SW is suitable for the passage of emulsion, drilling oil, oil-air mixtures and abrasive media. The system operates with very low leakage.
Moog GAT ROTODISK SW is available for various shaft diameters from 15 to 150 mm with flow rates from 12 to 40 l/min. Thanks to their small width, the single-channel elements can be stacked for multi-channel applications. Complete single or multi-channel rotary unions are also available in various sizes for axial installation. Combinations with other Moog GAT media rotary feedthroughs are also possible if different media need to be transferred simultaneously.
