The Girls’ Day, which we promoted as a participating company some time ago, was also quickly expanded to include a Boys’ Day, as a boy joined the four registered girls.
The girls and boys spent the day in different departments at Moog GAT to gain an insight into the work required in an industrial company.
It was a great experience and we observed great interest among all five guests, whether in the machines in our production, in slip ring assembly, in our quality assurance or in the warehouse.
We are already looking forward to the next Girls’ Day/Boys’ Day and to welcoming young and interested talents.
