New Machining Center at Moog GAT
To relieve the load on our existing machining centers with attached robotic systems, we have acquired an additional system, which was delivered to Geisenheim last week.
The new DMG Mori CTX Beta 1250 TC 4A expands our automation capabilities. The machining center features a dual-spindle system with a bottom-mounted turret and a top-mounted milling head, as well as a high-pressure coolant station.
Since the new machine weighs around 16 tons and is the size of a standard garage, delivery was no small feat. Nevertheless, we are proud to announce that it has already found a permanent home in our production hall. As you can see in the images, Christian took care of it.
