ROTOSTAT® E rotary unions have proven their value for many years.
Their contactless hydrostatically controlled radial-gap sealing system
ensures a reliable operation under very high pressures and at very
high rotational speeds. New material combinations enhance the union's
performance when transmitting air or cooling water and further reduce
the already low leakage rate.
Application Machine Tools - 6,000 rpm, 1x oil, 210 bar / 1x coolant, 70 bar Application Steel Industry - 500 rpm, 2x oil, 160 bar / 2x grease, 210 bar

ROTOSTAT® E rotary unions ensure a plant availability you can rely
on.

ROTOSTAT® E rotary unions can be used with oil, water and air at
pressures up to 600 bar and with speeds up to 20,000 rpm.

Shaft diameters range from 15 mm to 360 mm.

ROTOSTAT® E rotary unions are compatible with any other GAT
rotary union and GAT slip-ring system for the transmission of electric
current.
