ROTOKOMBI systems consist of different sealing technologies. The optimally adapted sealing system is used for each medium. This guarantees reliable transmission to a rotating system.
Our modular system makes it easy to replace, supplement or upgrade individual components.
The proven sealing system of the ROTOSTAT E rotary union with hydrostatically controlled radial gap seal guarantees reliable operation under the most demanding conditions, both in the versions
of our standard product range and in customized devices. The non-contact gap seal for radial media transfer is characterized by very low leakage of the primary sealing system.
The absence of contact seals makes the ROTOSTAT E rotary unions particularly durable due to low friction and minimal wear, even without maintenance, even when subjected to high speeds of up to 20,000
rpm and operating pressures of up to 600 bar (8,700 psi). The use of ROTOSTAT E rotary union is always recommended when maintenance is not possible. The ROTOSTAT E ensures reliable media transfer
even at low speeds in continuous operation. Applications: Wind, steel, machine tools, centrifuges.
Our standard version is available with up to four channels. Versions with a higher number of channels are of course also available on request.
The ROTOSTAT E rotary union can be combined with all slip ring systems from the Moog range.
