Moog GAT is on board with the development of an automated infrared-based monitoring and alerting system to protect whales and other marine mammals. Moog GAT slip rings and FORJs transmit the detected activity of whales at the sea surface in a 360° field of view in real time, helping to protect them from underwater noise from marine acoustic systems.
