Our company continues to operate both in administration and production, as of now we have no major restrictions. Amongst others we have implemented the following measures to continue our business:
- Establishment of a crisis management team and informing employees of all measures defined by the federal government and enforcing strict compliance
- Strict travel ban for all employees
- Implementation of hygiene measures and social distance: compliance with the distance rule of 1.5m – 2m
- Separation of departments: Home office as far as possible and separation of the teams in the administrative area as a preventive measure for separation
- Two-shift operation in production, quality assurance and logistics without overlap to create a spatial and temporal separation
- Constant exchange and coordination with our suppliers to ensure the availability of components
