Functionality
Today’s testing requirements demand flexible test bench technology that makes it possible to simulate extensive conditions of possible uses, and to evalaute the performance precisely to optimize and secure the quality of the product. GAT concentrates on two types of test benches that fulfill these requirements:

Torque Test Bench
The hydraulic torque test bench for quasistatic to high dynamic tests of drive system components. The bench allows every possible performance simulation due to the independant control of rotation rate and torque, thus saving up to 90% of the operating costs over a purely power test bench, because of recirculation of the mechanical energy.

Torsion Test Bench
The torsion test bench for high frequency vibration tests on components and drive system parts, in which the the torsion stress is directly transferred, due to the torque being created hydraulically, thus enabling loss-free torque measurement.
